After seeing Adam’s insta page I knew this would be a book I’d read again and again and it didn’t disappoint lots of curse words and lots of spiritual things inside which I’d used myself and put myself into it as the person in the book.Does he solve all your problems "heck no" but he just may change the way you view yourself, the people you keep around you and challenge your view on life itself.

After following Adam on Social Media for a while I decided to get his book on here, also the actual book. highly recommended for people looking for an honest view on how to turn your life around and take more control.
