We try to use local & sustainable producers where ever we can, especially as the ingredients taste better too! Our artisan pizzas are made using wholemeal flour ground at the Woodbridge Tide Mill, our burgers & steaks use the finest quality beef steak from herds grazing less than 4 miles from our door & our brioche buns are made by award winning local baker on our street.
Our 100% steak mince beef burger patties are made from herds less kept than 4 miles from our kitchen, our semi-brioche buns are made by the multi-award winning baker 'The Cake Shop' less than a few hundred yards from our front door. We have developed a very special grilling method that raises the temperature as quickly as possible to cook the burgers & keep them perfectly juicy!
We make our pizzas from freshly made dough using the finest, locally ground flour, We roll them extra large & stone bake them for a crispy, 'Roman' style. They are generally considered to be the best around & you can even enjoy vegan versions with our dairy-free vegan friendly cheese! Come at lunch time & enjoy any pizza PLUS a drink for £10.
