Our artisan pizzas are made using wholemeal flour ground at the Woodbridge Tide Mill, our burgers & steaks use the finest quality beef steak from herds grazing less than 4 miles from our door & our brioche buns are made by award winning local baker on our street.

Our steaks & burgers are from herds that graze less than 4 miles from our kitchen, our semi-brioche buns are made by the multi-award winning baker 'The Cake Shop' less than a few hundred yards from our front door. We have developed a very special grilling method that raises the temperature as quickly as possible to cook the burgers & keep them perfectly juicy!
